Got upgraded to a better room with a stunning view of the mountains. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the market.- Enjoyed the delicious and fresh food served at the hotel.
The bathroom facilities were not up to par – broken taps and faulty shower selectors. The TV in the room did not work.

The hotel is conveniently located near the market, making it easy to access by taxi. The restaurant offers a wide range of breakfast and dinner options. the rooms are spacious and come with basic amenities, including a breathtaking view of the Kanchendzonga range. One of the guests even mentioned a huge glass window in their room that provided a clear view of the snow-clad peaks during sunrise and sunset.
Some guests have mentioned that the staff lacked in providing good service and were not very helpful in resolving complaints.

This hotel had a couple of good points. the bed was comfortable, and we slept well during our stay. the staff were friendly and always willing to help out. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to a range of shops and restaurants.
There were many negative aspects during my stay. the hotel was not very clean, and there was a musty smell in the room.
